Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail. Permission is accorded.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 7.10.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22461 of 2010. In case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30254 of 2020(2) dt.17-12-2020 2/2 the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by this order.
