2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 517 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 137 of the B.N.S. Act and under Section 8 of POCSO Act lodged on 15.12.2024 by the informant Dharmi Kuwar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while the victims had gone out to attend the nature's call, were picked up by the accused persons. This led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, they returned, later have also made a petition
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30801 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 2/2 before the Court that the police forced her to implicate the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, on the other hand, has taken this Court to an order of the Sessions Judge to show that the process under Section 84 of the B.N.S.S. has been issued against the petitioner.
6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner for taking away the minor girl, process under Section 84 of the B.N.S.S. has already been issued, in that background, the petitioner is advised to seek bail.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
