JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Aggrieved by an order dated 28.10.2017 issued by Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur, whereby the petitioner had been put under suspension is being assailed in the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that vide an order issued vide memo no. 1012 dated 12.03.2019 the order of suspension has been revoked.

This application, in my opinion, become has infructuous. The disciplinary authority shall be at liberty to take appropriate decision on the point of payment of subsistence
