Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Appellate Authority is available appellate forum. In that view of the matter, he submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority so that her grievance may be properly considered.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23422 of 2012(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Appellate Authority. In case an appeal is filed before the Appellate Authority within one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority is required to consider and dispose of the same expeditiously after condoning the delay in view of the fact that the present application remained pending in this Court for six years.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
