ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2023 Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under Section 45AA of the ESIC Act.
2. Having regard to the above made submission, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority within
Patna High Court CWJC No.7529 of 2023(3) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be taken on record and necessary orders passed on merits. The appellant authority is directed to dispose off the appeal strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
