The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners, armed with lathi, danda, iron rod, assaulted the informant and when relatives of informant came to rescue, they were also assaulted by the petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the dispute arose between the parties over grazing of cows in the field, as a result of which, a simple Maarpit took place. There is case and counter case. Both parties are gotiya. Injuries sustained by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30031 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 injured are simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
