2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons killed the husband of the informant in order to grab the money of the informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Informant is not an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence. The husband of the informant died due to electric shock. In fact these petitioners took him to the hospital where doctor declared him dead. Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32494 of 2023(3) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 after investigation did not find the case true against these petitioners and submitted final form in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. case no 130 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
