Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 411 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely in order to put pressure for performing the marriage. No.28847 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 matter of fact, petitioners on getting information that the girl with whom ring ceremony was held was another girl and the complainant wants to finalize marriage with other girl, they refused to solemnize marriage. Petitioners did not receive anything even as gift. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Complaint Case No. 411 of 2016, Tr. No. 898 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
