2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70458 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Pintu Kumar @ Pintu Mahto and for furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70458 of 2023 is extended by two weeks' from today.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
