2. With the consent of parties, the writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a representation before the Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Tirhut Division (Muzaffarpur) within one month. He further prays that an appropriate direction
Patna High Court CWJC No.22316 of 2012(5) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 may be issued directing the Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Tirhut Division (Muzaffarpur) to decide the representatin which would be filed by the petitioner, on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent-State does not have any objection.
5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Tirhut Division (Muzaffarpur) within one month from the date of passing of this order and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided on merit by the Regional Deputy Director, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Tirhut Division (Muzaffarpur) shall disposed of the representation within six months from the date of filing of the said representation, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending IAs, if any,
