26-09-2018 The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Marhowrah (Gaura O.P) P.S Case No. 300 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. His application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11726 of 2018. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant Santosh Ram by Garassi causing injury on his head, I am not inclined to re-consider the application for pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
