2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct (Control ) Act, 1981.

3. As per prosecution case, one Ranjeet Kumar was working as a liner and setter in the CISF (Police Force Selection) Examination. It is alleged that he contacted through his mobile No. 8877640630 to some candidates and sent the answers of the said examination to them. It is further alleged that printed admit card of petitioner was seized from the pocket of Ranjeet Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29672 of 2025(2) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on suspicion. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused, namely, Rohit Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44797 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 931 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
