JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Though the petitioner had filed an application for grant of arms licence on 27.05.2015, before the District Arms Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, however, it is the averment of the petitioner that the same has not stood disposed off, till date despite assurance having been given before the Lok Adalat, Patna High Court, as has been recorded in the order dated 13.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 2918 of 2018. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the District Arms Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose off the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.12916 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms licence, if not already disposed off, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
