2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:
i. To issue an appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s for commanding the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.926 of 2025(3) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 respondents to institute a high level enquiry by a specialized Agency to enquired Sahodara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 for registered offences under sections 363 366A, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code whereby and under the FIR named accused persons were kidnapped the minor daughter of the petitioner and still traceless. ii. To issue further appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s commanding the respondents to take all punitive legal action upon the petition dated 02.07.2025 as well as 09.07.2024 and other application filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 4 to 6 to recovered the Minor daughter of the informant in the hands of accused in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has been recovered.
4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
