JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2026 This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17447 of 2026 by this Court whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, subject to certain conditions.

2. In the present application, the petitioner seeks modification of one of the conditions imposed by this Court at the time of granting bail.

3. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the same is hereby allowed. Accordingly, in para '3' of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17447/2026 three witnesses were examined but by mistake,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32395 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that only two witnesses have been examined. Learned counsel further submits that as of now, four witnesses have been examined.

4. Considering the above, the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17447/2026 is modified to the extent indicated above and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to the conditions stipulated in the earlier order.
