Mr.Hansraj ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is transfer of petitioner beyond cadre. The petitioner has challenged the order of transfer on the ground that he cannot be transferred to constituent college cadre as the transfer would be beyond his cadre. In view of the service condition, the Court does not find any error in the decision of the University. Service Condition Rule recognizes the cadre of non-teaching employees of University and the Colleges as the same and as such the Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. The writ petition, being devoid of merit, is dismissed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
