2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Murliganj Police Station Case No. 15 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 364(A), 34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34241 of 2024(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/3 Code.

3. As per the prosecution, son of the informant was kidnapped by four unknown persons and ransom of Rs. 50 lakhs was also demanded. The victim was recovered on the same day and the tower location of the phone of the petitioner has also been found in that area.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. The victim has been recovered on the same day and the petitioner is not involved in the crime. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Jivan. The petitioner is in jail since 25.01.2024.

5. Considering the materials available on record, this application is dismissed.
