The petitioner is accused in connection with S.Tr. No. 27 of 2019 arising out of Asthawan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dian Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide orders dated 09.07.2019 and 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 31271 of 2019 and 86652 of 2019 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 14.05.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.30584 of 2022(5) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 case and taking into consideration the custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIII, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with S.Tr. No. 27 of 2019 arising out of Asthawan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018, G.R. No. 1689 of 2018.
