JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 Considering the fact that the opposite party is presently working at Varanasi, and Gaya is more convenient place for him to attend the court proceedings and also the fact that earlier case between the parties is still pending at Gaya, the Court is inclined to allow this application and direct transfer of the case from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya as Gaya is convenient for both the petitioner as well as the opposite party.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to Matrimonial Case No. 250 of 2013 to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya within a period of one month from today. The transferee court at Gaya is required to decide Matrimonial Case

Patna High Court MJC No.991 of 2015(5) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 No. 250 of 2013 on priority basis, preferably within a period of six months from the date of transfer of the case from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya.
