2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 13.11.2023, the FIR named accused persons, armed with various weapons, arrived at the land of the informant and they started erecting hut over his land. When the informant objected, they started assaulting him. Coaccused Ganga Rai gave a farsa blow on his head. It is further alleged that when the nephew of the informant intervened to save him, the petitioner stabbed him with a dagger on his hand

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is land dispute between the parties. The members of prosecution side have also assaulted the members of defense side. The petitioner had also suffered five injuries. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted knife blows on the person of Alok Kumar. The case diary, though, contains the injury report of Alok Kumar, but the opinion in respect of the injuries has been reserved. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner has also suffered five injuries on his person, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
