2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities to convene free and fair investigation of Mashrakh P.S. Case No.313 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(ii) For directing the respondent authority to constitute Special Investigation Team (SIT) for proper and scientific investigation of Mashrakh

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.884 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 P.S. Case No.313 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(iii) To ensure the appearance/ arrest of the accused persons named in the FIR those who are still absconding.

3. In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran for the redressal of his grievance by way of filing a representation and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner the same shall be considered by the Police.
