2. Show cause was filed on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 1 to 5 reporting to the Court that considering the submission of the petitioner, the provision of Rule 103 of Bihar Service Code and the

Patna High Court MJC No.1476 of 2024(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 other Rules and Notifications of the State Government as well as the judgments of the Hon'ble Courts, as directed in the order dated 02.12.2023, the Principal Secretary, Finance Department passed a reasonable order contained in Memo No. 6356 dated 12.06.2024, therefore, the orders of this Court are hereby complied.
