2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.102 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of eight chargesheeted witnesses five have been examined till the year 2023 and thereafter, no witness is turning up in the trial. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2020 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the delay in trial and period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31168 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IX, Gopalganj/concerned Court below, in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.102 of 2020.

7. Petitioner will cooperate in the trial personally or through his counsel.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Mohammadpur Police Station, Gopalganj on third and fourth Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
