This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Khagaria P.S. Case No. 58 of 2009 dated 08.10.2009 instituted for the offences under Sections 304A, 426, 336, 337, 338, 177, 427, 287, 288, 119 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 153, 154 and 175 of the Railways Act.
Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that charge sheet now has been
