====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19668 of 2024 to the extent of correction in the party position and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the party position in main petition, name of petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Ram Jivan Kumar' instead of 'Ram Jivan Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 20.04.2024. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, let the name of petitioner be read as 'Ram Jivan Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar' instead of 'Ram Jivan Kumar' in order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59918 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 19668 of 2024 and further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19668 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only.
