JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-06-2018 In the matter of demarcation of the area in question, the Assistant Director, Revenue Land Records, Bihar, Patna, on 24.05.2016 has made a communication to the concerned official in the Department for demarcation of the area to resolve the dispute between the villagers in question. It is alleged that nothing has been done and the matter still continues to be as it is.
Taking note of the aforesaid issue involved in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12456 of 2017(6) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 matter and without going into the merits of the issue, respondent nos.3 and 4 are directed to look into the grievance, take note of the communication, Annexure-5 dated 24.05.2016 and to proceed to demarcate the area in question as is required in law and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
