JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioner no.4, Angrej Yadav.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.4, Angrej Yadav is concerned.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30647 of 2022(3) dt.20-10-2022 2/3 with Bounsi P.S. Case No.22 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have come variously armed and assaulted the father and the cousin brother of the informant causing injuries to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioners have got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners.

Perused the records of the case including the case diary. The injuries sustained by the father of the informant are simple in nature, but the injuries sustained by the cousin brother of the informant are grievous.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners no.1, 2 and 3, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five
