1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For adding work experience in total marks in the appointment of Junior Engineer, Civil.

(ii) To consider the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Junior Engineer, Civil on the basis of payment certificates which has been supplied by Bihar Education Project, Bhojpur on 9.7.2021.

(iii) To consider the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) on the basis of the bank statement which was

(iv) To keep reserve one post of Junior Engineer (Civil) for the petitioner till the disposal of the writ petition."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the Bihar Technical Commission, Patna has submitted that the advertisement in question has already stood withdrawn, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, the present writ petition be disposed off.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
