Considering the fact that the application was invited for contractual appointment. The writ petition was filed in the year 2012.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15590 of 2012(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 terms of the guideline the appointment in school in question are only contractual for the period of one year and that period has expired long back.

In view of the above the present writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner if he is otherwise eligible in terms of fresh advertisement then the respondents may consider the case for appointment of petitioner in accordance with law without prejudiced by disposal of the present writ application.
