JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the contempt petition bearing MJC No. 4943 of 2012, filed by the petitioners had already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2013 and the grievances of the petitioners regarding payment of salary for the period ranging from the year 2005 to 2011 still subsists, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Regional Deputy Director, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur for redressal of their grievances and in case an appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks thereafter and the admitted outstanding dues shall be paid immediately. The review petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
