The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in the instant case merely on suspicion while he was in custody in Laheri P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29088 of 2019(2 ) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
