2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of having administered injection to the informant's daughter Beauty Kumari, who subsequently died. It is submitted that there was no intention on the part of the petitioner to kill the patient and as such accusation under Section 304 of the IPC is not made out against him. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, invites reference to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya dated 07.03.2019 passed in ABP No. 214 of 2019 from which it transpires that the petitioner has been given an opportunity to produce any document in support of his certification to practice in the alopathy side but failed to do so.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
