The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that co accused Ram Sakal Singh @ Ram Shakal Singh, Rajendra Ram and Ram Dayal Ram, against whom identical allegations to that of the petitioner have been made, have been granted pre-arrest bail vide orders dated 07.09.2018, 25.01.2019 and 23.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. Nos. 57799 of 2018, 7469 of 2019 and 7844 of 2019 respectively, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of

No.29653 of 2019(4) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
