The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 3308 of 2020 arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No.95 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
