2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the case, the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation.

3. In such view of the matter, the relief claimed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.18388 of 2012(5) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 the petitioner for absorption in service cannot be granted. This writ has thus become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
