JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2026 The present modification petition has been filed as to modify the clerical error in third line of paragraph '2' of the order dated 12.12.2025 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52239 of 2025.

2. The aforesaid typographical error was occurred in paragraph '1' of the bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 52239 of 2025, which is subsequently corrected on affidavit through present modification petition, with a prayer that "Sections 393 & 403 of the I.P.C." be read as "Sections 399 & 402 of the I.P.C." It is submitted that aforesaid error is purely typographical in nature and it was neither intentional nor deliberate.

3. Considering aforesaid, let it be corrected and be read as "Sections 399 & 402 of the I.P.C." in place of Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31069 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 393 & 403 of the I.P.C."
