Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj (M.H.Nagar) P.S.Case No. 07 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of assault to the deceased.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioner, rather two other accused persons, against whom there is specific allegation of assault, have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail/regular bail, as stated in paragraph-9 of the petition. Moreover, police after investigation found the case not

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj (M.H.Nagar) P.S.Case No. 07 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
