The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 893 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Charge sheet has been submitted under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29733 of 2019(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within one year.
