JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2.Writ petition has been filed for quashing order contained in Letter No.439 dated 14.2.2023, issued by the Circle Officer, Noor Sarai, Nalanda.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before respondent no.4 along with necessary documents in support of the claim.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner file a representation before the respondent no.4 along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
5. In the event, such representation is filed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7664 of 2023(2) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 petitioner within the said stipulated period, respondent no. 4 shall examine claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within three months thereafter.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
