JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A/304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Earlier vide detailed order dated 10.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25612 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
