The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with University P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is a student, who is leader in the University and made complaint about the irregularities and corruption before the Hon'ble Chancellor, as is evident from Annexure-2 series. Further he submits that Police has issued notice with regard to involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence and

No.42107 of 2021(3) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 petitioner has submitted his explanation through whatsapp, as is evident from Annexure-3 series, but due to non-satisfactory of this explanation, the petitioner has again submitted his explanation before the S.H.O., University Police Station, as contained in Annexure-4 series to the bail petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with University P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
