This Court has passed oral order dated 14.05.2024 which reads as follows:- "No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.It is reported by the Learned counsel for the respondents that payment to the petitioner is made by the respondents on 16.05.2017 subsequent to the filing of the writ petition through Account Payee Cheque No. 014651 for an amount of Rs. 62,600/- (Rupees Sixty Two Thousand Six Hundred).

3.Admittedly, the writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to pay Rs. 62,200/- to the petitioner against the repair works of drain and Hoz and other miscellaneous work under APMC Ghodhardiha in Madhubani District.
