The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kaluahi P.S. case No. 31/2020 registered under Section 272, 273/34 of the IPC and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The informant after having received information that petitioner and others were illegally selling liquor in a bamboo bush situated by the side of house of the petitioner raided the place and arrested one person, namely, Indradev Paswan, husband of the petitioner, and liquor was also recovered but the petitioner and others managed to flee away. The husband of the petitioner was found selling the liquor.

Taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is a lady and husband of the petitioner has already been arrested with liquor, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her

No.30831 of 2020(2) dt.17-12-2020 2/2 arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S. case No. 31/2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
