2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner, Panchu Sahni (petitioner no.2), along with his wife, knocked down the brother of the informant and started assaulting him with fists and kicks. It is further alleged that petitioner Santosh Saini (petitioner no.1) also knocked down the informant and assaulted him. A specific allegation against Santosh Saini is that he assaulted one Manohar with an iron rod

However, the blow was warded off, due to which Manohar sustained injury on his wrist, and thereafter, another blow was inflicted on his head. It is also alleged that petitioner Panchu Sahni assaulted the informant with an iron rod on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is also a counter version of the occurrence. It has further been submitted that, from perusal of the order of the learned trial court, it would transpire that the injuries sustained by the victims are superficial in nature, which is apparent from their dimensions. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 19.02.2026 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 313/2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
