2. Considering the fact that the advertisement is of the year 2009 for selection of constable and the writ petition was filed in the year 2012 after his disqualification as he had declared Home Guard category found unsuitable for the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20428 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 constable and communicated vide Letter No. 44 dated 24.01.2012, I don't find it proper to interfere in the matter. The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
