JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 Mr. Bhola Prasad No.1, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation for redressal of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition and thereafter reminder dated 15.09.2012, but the same have not been considered till date.
2. The Executive Engineer, Western Koshi Canal Division, Madhubani is directed to take steps to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. He is directed to first communicate the petitioner and also provide him appropriate opportunity of hearing and dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20461 of 2012(4) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
