2. The petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341/323/307/302/34 of the IPC.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons brutally assaulted brother of informant due to which he died during course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation of assault with knife is against co-accused persons namely, Naga Chaudhary, Rahul Chaudhary and Arjun
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29567 of 2025(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Chaudhary, due to which brother of informant died during course of treatment and so far as, these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. After investigation, police submitted final form against these petitioners but differing with the same, the Court below has taken cognizance. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
