Petitioners are an accused in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 302, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused person, namely, Ram Sewak Sahani @ Sewak Sahani has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25515 of 2020. Petitioners are in custody since 11.03.2020.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30738 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 that the petitioners have criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 202, subject to the following conditions :- 1. that one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related to the petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioners. 2. that the petitioners will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled.
