The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 516 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has confessed the guilt of committing theft and has returned articles to the informant. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
