2. The present application has been preferred for: issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in regard to the order dated 13.10.2014

Patna High Court CWJC No.3305 of 2015(7) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 passed by the learned Municipal Building Tribunal-I, Patna (In short hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal") in Appeal no.

21/2003,- setting aside the regularisation of the 4th floor of the petitioners' multistoried residential building by modifying the order dated 22.9.2003 passed by the respondent no.2 namely the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna in Vigilance case no. 136B/2002 and directing for demolition of the said floor.

3. On 30.09.2024, four weeks' time was granted to remove the defect.

4. As the same was not removed and it being a peremptory order, the case stands dismissed on 28.10.2024.
